Show Notes

HOW DOES SHE DO IT?  3 gorgeous, curious, healthy, energetic kids, one happy husband, getting an MBA AND Starting a new global business!  Victoria Tolbert-Ashley (https://www.linkedin.com/in/vta-ms/) seems to be holding it all together while making everything happen, so I invited her to the show to share her secrets, and she does not disappoint!

In this episode we talk about

  • How she's doing it all AND holding it together!  (hint: it's all about alignment!)
  • How she relies on her resources rather than doing it alone
  • What true "self care" means, and how to find it
